Account details, usage data, support communications, and technical logs necessary to operate the SaaS platform.
AI-specific processing
When Entro Assistant is enabled, chat content may be sent to LLM providers (e.g. OpenAI or OpenRouter) to generate responses. Data is scoped to your tenant and the permissions of the logged-in user. We do not use your data to train public models without explicit consent.
Third-party processors
Hosting, email, payment (Stripe/PayPal), analytics, and LLM providers as described above.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@entreply.co.
